Just finished making a big batch of paneang paste.

16 chillies, 4 sticks of lemon grass, one bulb of garlic, a sizable lumb of galengal, the same of Ginger, 12 shallots, handful of roasted peanuts, one red scotch bonnet, star anise, corriander seeds, White jeera(cumin), white and black peppercorns(13 of each), stinky fish sauce and REALLY STINKY SHRIMP PASTE, corriander stems (had no roots at hand), kaffir lime leaves and salt. Phew.

Now we’ve got nine super tasty Thai meals worth. OM NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM.
